of the lesson your child will be absent from. 

Parents must inform LKHK by using the online make-up request link below.

Before the start of the lesson of your child's absence. All other forms of requests will not be accepted. (e.g. in person, email, message or phone) 

Only valid make up requests will receive an email confirmation 1 week prior to the requested make up class date.

1. Make-up requests for the same class, incorrect date or venue will be invalid.

2. Make up classes requested beyond the last date of enrolment are also invalid and no response will be given.

3. Make up class requests cannot be made on the day a Typhoon 8 or Black Rain is declared.

Where your child is absent for 1 to 2 weeks you have the following options:

Send a friend to the class your child is absent from. 

Please copy and paste the template below, filling in the blanks and send to enquiry@littlekickers.com.hk. 

Your request should be submitted 1 week before your missed class to give LKHK sufficient time to confirm availability. 

An email will be sent to confirm your friends place in class.

Request a make-up class at a different Class/Venue. All make-up classes must be requested before the start of the lesson your child will be absent from. 

Make up classes requested after the missed class will not be valid.

If you request a make-up class within the same week as your missed class, your request must be made 1 week in advance to give Little Kickers sufficient time to confirm availability.

All make-up classes must be taken within 1 month of your missed class, make-up classes will not be added onto the end of your package.

Make-up classes are subject to availability, see Little Kickers website for a list of available classes and venues.

Please note, each make-up class may NOT be rescheduled.
